Q: How long does shipping take?

A:  As our items are custom-made and made-to-order, general turn around time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Q: Do you do custom work? 

A: Yes! We'd love to make a bespoke design just for you and your significant other. Please reach out through our Contact Us page. We will then start the conversation through email and appointments can be made for video call or phone call to better discuss your ideas. 

Q: Can your rings be made in platinum or silver?

A: Yes. Our rings can be made in silver, 10k, 14k, 18k gold or platinum. Please send a request through our Contact Us page to have your ring custom made as desired. We will create a separate listing specific to you and the price will reflect the changes in metal type. 

Q: Can I modify your settings?

A: Yes!  Everything you see can be customized 100%. Please send us an email through our Contact Us page and we will be happy to work with you. We welcome you to share your budget and we will work with you to make your dream ring happen!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Since all of our rings are either custom made/ made-to-order or modified to your specific size requirements, we do not offer returns on rings. However, we are happy to work with you on modifcations and customizations to any style you see here to make your dream ring a reality! 

Loose diamonds and loose moissanite (not set) are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery provided there is no damage to the stones NOR the certificate (if provided.) Loose diamonds or moissanite cannot be set if a return is to be requested. 

Q: Do you offer engraving? 

A: Yes! All rings can be engraved for an additional $100. Simply add it to cart before you check out. Eternity bands cannot be engraved.
