Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We offer FREE express shipping, tracked and insured throughout the United States on ALL orders. 

Ready to Ship items can ship out same day or next day.
For simple made-to-order pieces, lead time is 7-10 days. 
For more complex custom work up to 4-6 weeks. 

Q: Do you do custom work? 

A: Yes! We'd love to make a bespoke design just for you and your significant other. Please reach out through our Contact Us page. We will then start the conversation through email and appointments can be made for video call or phone call to better discuss your ideas. 

Q: Can your rings be made in platinum or silver?

A: Yes. Our rings can be made in silver, 10k, 14k, 18k gold or platinum. Please send a request through our Contact Us page to have your ring custom made as desired. We will create a separate listing specific to you and the price will reflect the changes in metal type. 

Q: Can I modify your settings?

A: Yes!  Everything you see can be customized 100%. Please send us an email through our Contact Us page and we will be happy to work with you. We welcome you to share your budget and we will work with you to make your dream ring happen!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Since all of our rings are either custom made/ made-to-order or modified to your specific size requirements, we do not offer returns on rings. However, we are happy to work with you on modifcations and customizations to any style you see here to make your dream ring a reality! 

Q: Do you offer engraving? 

A: Yes! Free basic engraving offered on all made-to-order rings. Its the perfect way to add a special sweet nothing on the inside of an engagement ring.
